Mascarpone and Espresso Semifreddo

Instructions

  1. Make Espresso and let cool to room temperature
  2. Whisk Egg Whites in a small bowl and set aside in fridge to keep cold
  3. Whisk Heavy Cream and Sugar in a medium bowl until thick
  4. Add Mascarpone and Espresso to bowl with the cream, gently fold in egg whites
  5. Place in small dessert bowls and freeze for 1 1/2 hours until semi hard
  6. Crumble Amaretto Cookies on top of each bowl
  7. Sprinkle Chocolate over each bowl
  8. Buon Appetito!
