Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In medium saucepan add 1 cup Water and Sugar, and bring to a boil
  2. Add the Orange Juice, Zest, Cranberries, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Bay Leaf
  3. Turn heat down to medium and cook until Cranberries start to melt
  4. Remove Bay Leaf
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and silky
  7. Drizzle onto plate next to Turkey Tenderloin
