Gnocchi with Pear Gorgonzola Walnut Sauce (Gluten Free)

Ingredients

  1. In a large frying pan add butter and melt over medium heat
  2. Add Onion and sauté 4-5 minutes until well softened
  3. Add Pear, pinch of salt and Pepper, sauté 1-2 min
  4. Add Gorgonzola sauté 1 min
  5. Add toasted Walnuts and Heavy Cream
  6. Stir 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened
  7. Cook Gnocchi as directed
  8. Drain and add to sauce
  9. Add half of the Pecorino, stir in and serve immediately
  10. Sprinkle with remaining Pecorino and Walnuts
  11. Buon Appetito!
