Spaghetti with Fiori Di Zucca E Acciughe

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta as directed or until al dente
  2. During the last few minutes before the pasta is done, start the sauce
  3. Heat a large frying pan over med heat with EVOO
  4. Add whole clove of Garlic and Anchovies
  5. Sauté until Anchovies are melted, about 2-3 minutes
  6. Remove Garlic clove and disgard
  7. Add Zucchini Blossoms
  8. Drain pasta and add to frying pan
  9. Add in Parsley, half of the Lemon Zest, a drizzle of EVOO, and half of the Bread Crumbs
  10. Plate and top with remaining Lemon Zest and Bread Crumbs
  11. Buon Appetito!
