Granita Di Caffe Con Panna (Iced Espresso with Whipped Cream)

  1. Brew Espresso, pour into ice cube tray and freeze overnight
  2. Place frozen Espresso cubes into a food processor or blender and blend until the consistency of crushed ice
  3. In a medium bowl add Heavy Cream and Sugar, mix on high 2-3 minutes until thickened
  4. Layer in order, Whip Cream, Coffee, Whip Cream, Coffee
  5. Add cookies to garnish
  6. Serve immediately
  7. Buon Appetito!
