This Stuffed Turkey Tenderloin comes together in less than 30 minutes!

This Stuffed Turkey Tenderloin is super easy to make, which means you’ll have less time in the kitchen and more time to mingle with your guests!
We added a homemade Fresh Cranberry Sauce to go with the Turkey as well as some Mashed Sweet Potato Puffs. (Full printable recipes below)
Not only does it look elegant, but it pairs perfectly with the Turkey.

Stuffed Turkey Tenderloin
- Prep Time: 10
- Cook Time: 20
- Total Time: 30 minutes
- Yield: 4
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Turkey Tenderloin
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Gorgonzola Cheese (you can substitute with Blue Cheese)
- 1/2 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 cup Vegetable Stock
- 1/2 cup Flour
- Â 1/4 cup EVOO
- Toothpicks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Butterfly Turkey Tenderloin and pound flat
- Add Spinach, Walnuts, Salt, Pepper, and Gorgonzola Cheese to the Tenderloin
- Carefully roll up the Tenderloin keeping stuffing inside
- Place 3-4 toothpicks in the Tenderloin to keep it sealed
- Add Flour to a large plate and roll Turkey Tenderloin in it coating all sides
- In a large frying pan add EVOO and heat over med/high heat
- When oil is hot, add Turkey Tenderloin and cook 2-3 minutes, turning it over to brown all sides
- Blush with White Wine until evaporated
- Add Vegetable Stock and remove from heat
- Place the Turkey Tenderloin in a large glass baking dish and pour in remaining Vegetable Stock from the pan and place in the oven
- Bake 20 minutes until Turkey is cooked all the way through
Cranberry Sauce
- Prep Time: 5
- Total Time: 5
- Yield: 4
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cranberries
- Juice and Zest from 1 Orange
- 2 tsp Sugar
- A Pinch of Cinnamon
- A Pinch of Nutmeg
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 cup Water
Instructions
- In medium saucepan add 1 cup Water and Sugar, and bring to a boil
- Add the Orange Juice, Zest, Cranberries, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Bay Leaf
- Turn heat down to medium and cook until Cranberries start to melt
- Remove Bay Leaf
- Remove from heat
- Blend with an immersion blender until smooth and silky
- Drizzle onto plate next to Turkey Tenderloin
Mashed Sweet Potato Puffs
- Cook Time: 10
- Total Time: 10
- Yield: 4
Ingredients
- 1 large Sweet Potato
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel Potato
- Heat Sweet Potato in microwave for 5-10 minutes flipping half way through until Potato can be easily pierced with a fork
- Mash Potato with a fork
- Add Butter and mash until smooth
- Add Salt and Pepper to taste
- Using a small scooper, place scoops of Mashed Potatoes onto plate next to the Turkey Tenderloin
