INGREDIENTS:
1 Can Artichoke Hears ( Approx. 350 Grams )
4 Organic Caged Free
2/4 Cup Of Chopped Mint
1/3 Cup Of Pecorino Cheese
1/3 Cup Of Bread Crumbs
METHOD:
1 Preheat Oven to 380 F.
2 Grease A Large Muffin Baking Pan With Some Oil
3 Sprinkle Little Breadcrumbs And Coat The Muffin Pan
4 Chop Artichokes , Mint Add Pecorino Cheese & The 4 Eggs
5 Add Pinch Of Salt And Pepper To Your Liking
6 Combine All Ingredients Together In A Bowl
7 Add The Mixture In The Muffin Tray Pan
8 Sprinkle The Top With More Pecorino Cheese
9 Bake For 35 Minutes Until Muffin Are Completely Golden ( Use a Toothpick To Check Wetness )
10 Garnish With Some Fresh Mint Leaf And Extra Pecorino Cheese
