Cuba Libre Popsicles – Turning a traditional Cuban cocktail into a tasty adult frozen treat!
Celebrating the first day of summer in style with these Cuba Libre Popsicles! 🙂
These popsicles were inspired by my recent trip to Havana, Cuba. I instantly fell in love with this country… the food, the music, the people, the drinks… ahhh it’s complete bliss.
The most popular cocktail in Cuba is called the Cuba Libre, which is basically Rum and Coke with Lime Juice.
So I decided to put my own twist on this and make it into a refreshing adult popsicle.

Cuba Libre Popsicles

Ingredients
- 3 cups Coca Cola
- 1/2 cup White Rum (We used Havana Club brand)
- 1 Lime squeezed
- 4 thin slices of Lime
Instructions
- Mix Coke, Rum, and Lime Juice together and fill popsicle molds
- Place a Lime slice in each mold
- Freeze overnight
- Buon Appetito!

Makes approximately 4-5 popsicles
This is a brilliant way of enjoying a cuba libre! so easy to put together and perfect for summer parties, I have never been to Cuba but it´s on my to-go list
