Buffalo Mozzarella Caprese is a true Italian favorite appetizer! The presentation and flavors of this are sure to impress any guest!
I’m going to let you in on a little secret… Buffalo Mozzarella Caprese is one of my food addictions. I could eat this everyday all year round! 🙂
Buffalo Mozzarella is so milky soft and tasty. It’s popular to serve it with Heirloom rules Tomatoes, EVOO, and fresh Basil. But you could also serve it with Parma Prosciutto, Grilled Vegetables, or with Paccheri Pasta and freshly chopped Tomatoes, Garlic, and Basil!
I decided to do something a little unique with the traditional Caprese, and used skewers with Tomatoes and Basil to stick into the Buffalo Mozzarella.
