These Red White and Blue Popsicles are perfect for your next Fourth of July party and are super easy to make!
Made with simple fresh ingredients, each layer has it’s own unique sweet flavor!
For the blue layer, it’s Blueberries and Sugar blended together.
For the white layer, it’s Coconut Flakes, Coconut Milk, Coconut Extract, and Vanilla Extract blended together.
For the red layer, it’s Raspberries and Sugar blended together.
Blend all three separately in a food processor.
Then fill each popsicle mold evenly with each layer starting the the blueberries first.
Then add the white layer on top, and red on top of the white.
Now it’s important to note that you don’t need to freeze each layer before adding the next. The mixture of each one is thick enough so it won’t run into the next one too much.
Then just add the popsicle sticks and freeze overnight!
